I needed this. I don’t know why I clicked it and I don’t know why I watched the whole thing. But I needed it, and for that I’m grateful.

This is what I like about Simon. He explains it with practical experience and real life situations. Those you can truly believe and use in life.
Simon Sinek is one of my favorites. Hits the spot every time! Really good
Simon my brother how beautiful are you made, I am thankful to our God for he has shaped you for the betterment of the society.
This is for everybody. As far as laughter, I once had a job where we laughed all day. We were supposed to be producing critical medical reports. I got concerned whether anybody (us) was getting any work done and how accurate it was so I stayed after hours and went through it. It was PERFECT. What a relief and what a lesson!!!
I have been watching Simon's videos from all over the internet. I am so mesmerized. He already holds a mentor status in my life.
You need to take the ‘young’ part off of the title- this stuff applies to ALL people! Great 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻
I love this conversation. Beautiful to behold.
He's always been my favorite speakers
Well said, thanks Simon. It's those 'small' consistent actions that build relationships and make a positive impact.
This gives me emotional satisfaction and hit me deep inside. When he said about relationships and how we measure our love.
Thank you for this info! I was feeling a little bit discourage but I received a word of encouragement and then I got this message. I am grateful! Amen
Great inspiring message
Thank you Simon! I felt the message so much that I had to close my eyes while watching. This is exactly what I need to hear and will be my constant reminder for myself. ❣️
Wow! TY I needed this as confirmation that I am headed the right direction... so many times doubt comes in bc others get results faster using intimidation as opposed to inspiration. My competitive side flairs up and I move to intimidation to push results faster only to end up back at the beginning! Temporary vs Eternal... TY 🙏 Blessings sent back to you and Tom.... you both have had an impact on me beyond what words can describe and I am committed to continue your work and dedication through me as passed to the lives of others I touch! 🙏🌟🙌🙏
Wow! I really like it. Consistency is the key to achieve your goals and dreams.Thank you Simon for the advice.
you committ to the regime of service! brilliant

From a long way a very inspiring message. Sometime we forget the importance of simple things and the difference they can make. Transform a life.
I’m so I’m love with this mans mind. So glad I found him.
Simon, Thank you. I know someone that loves his job and he is exactly you described. His name is Joe, Joe King, from Le Colonial restaurant. I´m from Brazil and its spectacular to know someone that live like that. This is my dream, and I´m not from this new generation... rsrsrsrs
I'm 31 and still live in my parents house. I never felt motivation for something to study and used to have shty jobs at schools and there I found that children makes me feel great and readings book and teach things to people is something I like. Two years ago I decided to start a teaching degree at college and now I'm in the second year of the total four and sometimes I feel unmotivated because of the hard work I have to do in order to pass the exams and thoughts of quitting run through my head. That's when I come here and then I go to the desk and start studying. For what is worth.

Throughout their whole lives, most people never find what they actually enjoy. Even if they do, they usually never have the courage to go after it. I have some advice... Don't look at studying, school, exams as an obstacle to your goal. It's just apart of the journey, enjoy the journey brother and best of luck!

Hey Mark - I honestly hate to give advise, the more I learn the more I realise how much I need to know. I will share one thing from a priest I came across, He told me no life experience is ever wasted. This brought me comfort. I myself used my life experience to start my own business I can't say its been hard, I can't say it has been worth it, I have to trust that one day it will be, and that no life experience is ever wasted. Peace brother :)

Thanks you are amazing honest man
Simon you are my hero
Simon, you are a genius, u are so practical, you do mean what you real talk about. You speak to leaders how they can be role models than famous one. This is the distinguish between u and the rest Stay safe and Stay blessed. From Sri Lanka
Wow. This reminded me of the statement of the Prophet SAW who said that Allah loves most, the little consistent actions that no matter how little or small, matter most. Like giving a slice of bread to an orphan.. everyday.
Love Simon!!!
Chalanging inspiring and motivating.
Thank you Simon
I actually started asking more people "How happy are you?" vs "How are you?" it really does open people up.
Wooww.... thank youu so much
This is unbelievably true of our work force and generation. We need leaders who have struggled and went through the fire, not someone look the part or have some bs certificate.
Love this video
this is cool. wow... I love this
Power packed
Discomfort is the key to success!
Just beautiful
I think you are so so amazing !! 🌻
We definitely need more inspiring leaders today in the workplace. Pity there is so few of them who defer hope in younger employees and create false perceptions of what a healthy/functional workplace should look like.
I like your thinking and insights..
This was amazing!!!

Who would put a thumbs down for this video Is beyond me and breaks my heart for them god bless their hearts and I pray you show up and show out for them so they know their worth the kind of love this video I hope Inspires for one self to care enough about the same details In their life that really do matter
Tom Bilyeu always knows what to ask.
Simon nailed it when he talked about the leadership workshops where everyone leaves with a certificate. That does not define a leader. It's more about empowering others and that you can't learn at a weekend leadership retreat.
Simon brings up the fact that the CEO cannot know everyone in the company. However, the CEO can set the example of "caring" about his direct reports and then hold them to the same standard for those . This, in turn, drives the company culture to be a "caring" culture that resonates from the very top to the bottom of the chain of command. After 20 years in the military and 20+ years of teaching leadership, I have seen it several times - but not as many times as this generation needs to witness.
Very good
consistency is the key.
Great video!
Amazing 👏👏👏
Right now, this video. That's life falling into place

There’s difference between caring for your people, a collective unitary, and caring about your persons, those you’d know individually.
Only 10 comments on this powerful message? Wow. So sad. This was worth the watch and worth my time. Thank you!
