I was feeling so low and so burnt out today; with no motivation to go to work. This conversation really encouraged me to get up and go and meet my day with energy. Thanks for the dose of strength!

Strong episode! Agree with others that Seth's amazing strength is his ability to discern the human through the noise and I agree wholeheartedly with his message.

I've been thinking of many of these conversations that were referred to here for my own workplace. I plan on having some goal alignment with my boss soon, so I appreciate this opportunity to hear you guys talk. Also thank you to Nick for letting me know of Seth Godin in your podcast with Cameron Hanes. It's been a very knowledge fueled few weeks

Awesome episode. As a small business owner that has seen growth year over year for the last 7-8 years, it’s very relatable. Hard to stay on the path to keep a certain culture at work (especially in the construction world), but we have made it a priority and it has set us apart from local competitors. Keep up the good content brother. I personally would like to see more of the business/scaling content!
