Pro's: Light weight, easy to assemble, relatively inexpensive depending on the kit you get. Con's: (applies to all upright scooter designs). A LOT of air resistance. A sitting scooter is much better, but a sitting scooter with a substantial windshield and/or fairing of some kind, even much better. The faster you go, the more energy it takes to push air out of the way and the more friction. The ideal design (as regards energy efficiency) would be sort of a cross between a recumbent bike and a velomobile.

That concept would be a lot faster, far safer and more stable and manoeuvrable at high speeds. The front's time proven dimensions of a traditional bicycle is personally appealing. If you created a design focused version fore production, it would sell.

@@slappy76 Try the Schwinn shuffle they are almost the same scooter. They go for about 100 to 200 on amazon. I got mine for $125 on sale.

Scooters like that run for $300-$500 (look up Schwinn Shuffle or Osprey Apogee 26 inch)... the electric wheel + the control unit are also around the $300 range, and for a battery it is another $300-500.

Correct but the speed and distance are not the same :)

I liked the video strictly for the throwing of the battery.

I would think that if you're going to showcase one of your own products just so that you can sell more, because that's what this video is, just a way for you to gain more money by promoting your own equipment. Would think you'd show it working.
