HOW TO MAKE ADAAKOA/ DZOWEY ( SPICY PEANUT BALLS)

Dzowoe/Adaakoa is a common street food in Ghana that a lot of people like because of its spicy nature. Take time and watch this video as you learn how to make dzowoe at home. I made this video to make it easy for you as you learn the ingredients that you will need as well as the process of making it.

INGREDIENTS
1 1/3 Cup of roasted corn meal
1 tbs of ground ginger
1 tsp of ground cloves
3 tbs of powerderd sugar or icing sugar
1/2 tsp of salt
1 cup of peanut butter. I used 1/2 natural peanut butter and 1/2 skippy brand peanut butter.
1 tbs of peanut oil to mold into balls

    Can I use whining mix in placement of the dried corn flour ???

    I am not sure if you can use that since Weaning mix is made up of different ingredients. But you can try it with the weaning mix , it might be good 👍. Let me know if you do and how it turns out.
