Any standard laptop that can run PowerPoint doesn’t have to be very powerful

Hello Emmanuel, great video. I am a complete novice to PowerPoint and you have definitely given me a confident boost. For the voice over, can you recommend a free site that can turn text on slides using a voice over. I don’t want to use my own voice, instead perhaps children's voices?
