You know it's funny, I watched a verlis video today where he was running a lv 50 bidoof with Secret Power, Rest, Amnesia, and Curse with a bunch of lv 1 breeding rejects on battle spot. Oh the bidoof also had Moody and he was basically banking on getting evasion boost and stalling with rest. Then some guy with a vivillon put his bidoof to sleep and killed it with hurricane so verlis started timer stalling him for no reason. These sets are pretty accurate.

Shedinja has 1 hp thats why all of his hp recovering items and moves make no sense. Also the choice items allow you to gain a benefit based on the type of item, like 50% more speed for example, but you can only use one move while holding them, so a double team choice scarf set makes it so that you can never attack. Wow its really lame when you read it on paper..
