I love this look. So much serenity. Very nicely done. I learned a thing or two, today. I worked at a florist for a while. I ran the registers and helped with some of the arrangements. I was also the goffer. I had rather work with silk flowers/artificial. I got an idea by watching this, to do an arrangement, much like this one, using this method on a metal cross work frame. I will be using my glue gun for sure. I'm going to put a row of flowers in the center and come along and do them on the top & bottom, and use some fillers of course. Thank you for your tutorial!

Beautiful arrangement !! This cross would cost quite a bit at a flower shop !! You make it look so simple to make it but I'd be afraid to tackle it !!

Also, you can only use strong stemmed flowers. Nothing delicate like tulips, whispy flowers, etc.

Can you in place of a trash bag could you use plastic wrap? I found it to be more forgiving at the cross point of the cross.

I use industrial quality garbage bags, regular scotch or hockey tape. I make own wire pieces to hang up the arrangements

Yes, you can. However you wouldn't need the same kind of foam. You wouldn't have to use plastic either, bc no need for watering. I know, I've done them.

2-3 Day in the floral fridge. Otherwise make it day before.

Are theses real flowers

We can buy these forms already made. We only have to soak the oasis in water. This is a long way around.

If you do what she does, your running a high risk of the arrangement busting.

Let’s count: 30” Cross oasis form $25, cross wire frame $4 + $2 floral foam + $0.15 for garbage bag. Wire frame is more durable as well. Ridiculous is to spend money if you can save.

At 10:13 ,, flowers are Not in water! So, they will drink up the water in the oasis and wilt those roses! Terrible illustration. Not to mention very expensive because lots of flowers were used! The Orchids are sticking out of the sides......!

Pretty soaked floral sponge was used. And as far as the price, for such a beautiful piece, I'm sure it was right on the money. And you can search numerous videos titled Dollar Tree arrangements under $10
