How to make a Sabiki Rig | Fishing in Hawaii | Catch Live Bait | Catch Bait in Florida | Googly Eye

Showing you how to make a Sabiki Rig aka Damashi Rig. This can be used to catch bait or also a great rig to catch shallow water reef fish. Its pretty simple to make and for about $25 you will have pretty much all the materials to make a 100+ rigs. You would just have to buy hooks and line.

    Nick, another great video! Those 2 loop-over knots are “Half-hitches”. When you do 2 in the same direction ( like you did ), they make a “Clove-hitch”.

    Good video Nick. I used to do a lot of fly tying and a cheap fly tying vise helps with holding the hooks.

    @@RAHfishing I seen the one that you went to a shop and had the owner show how he did his style. Not sure if that's the one your talking about but I like this set up better.     lot of guys make outriggers out of painters poles as well if you want something inexpensive, slighty fancier and easier to store.(just a thought) was that a force 18 or 21 in last video?

    Honestly its different every time. Thats why i normally run 5-6 different colors on the first drop to see what they are bitting.
