Great video Alvin. My fav game is pet rift right now, just because of how nice the devs and owners of the game are. And especially since it’s a f2p game with no need for overpriced game passes.

Explain every single put of code, i eant to learn how yo put together the pieces, i can easily make a tame as long as i know how to use things and how it works, scratch is easy to learn but the limitations are quite big. I mastered scratch in like 3 months without any tutorials

I have a 2023 series recommendation, do scripting lessons for people with disabilities, when I say this, I mean like teach at a slower pace and explain it a little more clearly, I often struggle when understanding some of your videos due to my processing disorder. A scripting lesson series for people with disabilities would be really nice. Thanks, Drewplayz

Thank you for this tutorial and I plan on expanding my game by adding more cool features like trees and roads and maybe even a river and then a park. I plan on putting the obby that you created in this tutorial into the park but that's a lot of dreams and I'm terrible at scripting. Just wanted to comment that now luau recognises generalised itteration, so you don't need to use pairs() or ipairs() or any other iteration functions. just directly write for _, player in game.Players:GetPlayers() do end :)

That is a good idea! I never thought of that actually. Also to expand your idea, you could make a GUI that could do the custom animations for every time you click on the GUI, the animation will be played. Maybe you could make walking normal speed, and the walking could be like Rthro Walk. But if you press shift, you could have the ninja run, etc. You could even have if the gender of the player is male, he would do the ninja run. But if the gender of the player is female, she could do the stylish or bubbly run. Thanks for reading, keep scripting!

Great tutorial, well explained. But there are some issues, such as: - The jump power GUI only reaches 1000 - When you leave or reset, it doesnt save. - If you reset, the GUI disappears.

I can agree with that. Also here is a short game idea for you. Make a punching system. Also make a currency called "Fists". Earn fists by punching the enemies which will be the npcs.The idea is yours :D
