Cut a curvy pattern out of paper, trace it onto some EVA foam, glue the sides together using hot glue or Barge cement, and you have a nice reindeer nose. Add a little acrylic paint (I mixed some ivory and a little black and applied while mixing to give it a decent gradient).
Stuff the nose with some leftover EVA foam and you can get it to stick on your face, or add a string to tie it around your head so it stays in place. Probably best to hot glue string in place if needed...tying it would probably rip the hole eventually.
The antlers were made out of cardboard, and I reinforced the back of the antlers with extra strips of cardboard, and hot glued them to a large plastic hair headband. Remember to rough up the surface of the plastic if you plan on hot gluing the antlers to the headband.
