Finally making this. When making the drawstring panel from pattern piece B, when you sew the pieces together is it right sides together again? The written instructions don’t say, and I have a printed fabric so I am guessing it matters, but can’t figure it out 😂

How many yards of the outer fabric and lining are needed? I already bought fabric for a tote bag to make for a friend, and I have 1.5 yards of outer fabric and 1.5 yards of lining. I assume that would be enough?
