How much fabric do you need to do a lap size quilt with just the three colors?

the one I'm using in this video is the larger one for 6" 8" and 10" blocks. Creative Grids Pineapple Trim Tool for 6, 8 or 10in Finished Blocks: amzn.to/2LAl4g8 But there is a smaller one for 4" 5" and 6" blocks.
Hello ,I’ve been trying to get the large June tailer square ruler the one you have , but in the uk I can’t find one , could you tell me how I could get one and the cost please the size I think is 22” and the middle comes out.
