Yes! This is pushing into new sounds and vibes instead of the same old stale sounds and rhythms. Very inspiring! Thank you for helping me keep my mind open to going in different directions

I love how recently you’ve really come into your own sound more recently while still paying homage to classics! Also love how you’ve been getting into sound design more recently! I’ve recently been getting more into sound design and it’s always cool seeing how other people achieve their sounds!

Appreciate it man. Always loved sound design, just avoided it thinking other producer might find it confusing. Glad you guys are enjoying!

This was a dope video. You got the drums pattern for Wild Things by DJ Khaled at one point in the video. I gotta get me some hardware I always felt it would be more fun.

Unless you are doing it full-time, getting a hardware device - synth, drum machine etc. will just hold you back. Software instruments are much easier to work with. Get a good MIDI controller and rock it out with a good DAW, VST combo.

@@BigSmilezBeats I get you. I bought FL, Omnisphere, Xpand and Scaler years ago. I'm just saying turning knobs for real I find more rewarding than with the mouse.

Man I think I'm starting to vibe with your shit more than Simon's lately. No hate of course, Simon is amazing. But all of his stuff is very fast, with tons of jump cuts and whatnot. You take the time to slow down and show us every little aspect of the process, your thoughts along the way, and you love to explain in depth just why you choose to do things the way you do. I feel like I'm learning a ton about production and sound design with each video.

it challenging to make content that entertaining and valuable. because of tiktok, KZread is focusing on retention of viewers which means we have to make things faster. really annoying but we're kind stuck on how to reach the most people and provide value. its a work in progress lol

2:19 what is that incredible lead/call ?!?! In one of ur packs?
I love making weird shit too 😊
somehow i can feel the vie of cryptic in this beat
2 mins in i knew this was gonna be good. that 2000's vibe was revolutionized because of timmy. if it werent for him everything would be different.
Please bro, I really need to understand how to make a track sound deep and full with just few elements! My productions have too many elements, I want to achieve fullness with few elements...

Man rip my beat from this video and remake it. Test your mix on multiple computers till it’s exact. That’s one way I learned
I feel like i heard you speaking french at some point
say man send me some free shit
Hey Sikky, just watched Allen Ritter using your "Verified Bounce" sounds in the video "In the Studio with Allen Ritter". Super cool to see! (the video:kzread.info/dash/bejne/ZaR9y9KxnczRoLQ.html)
I feel like this lost the purpose of the "beats like Timbaland" and turned into just a sound design vid lol. All good though.
Sikky, knowing you & your sound for two years at least, and seeing your love for hardware and effect pedals lately, I think you should drop a Portal Preset bank because your sound is totally fitting with that plug-in.
nah man their is to much groove in it it should be illegal
