I bought that same Tilda fabric in a FQ bundle and have been debating what pattern to use it on. This is a beautiful option!

I started a log cabin quilt before COVID and had it hidden away. When I started it, I didn't really know what I was doing. All of my finished and partially finished blocked went counterclockwise. Oh, well. I guess if they are all the same, it won't matter. I'm left-handed and often get my direction mixed up. I'm using a solid aqua color on one side, and the side with prints is scrappy. I think whenever I do this block again, I'll be better prepared. Thank you for sharing.
Excellent tutorial! Thank you
Thank you for a clear, well - paced tutorial!

My maths could never work out variations on this delightful log cabin pattern. Could you please tell me how many 14 inch blocks one jelly roll should make?
@sugarstitchesquiltco
Жыл бұрын
Math is not my strong suit either LOL A jelly roll is approximately 1680" of fabric (length of all of the strips), the 14" block that I show in this video uses 104.5" of fabric, so you should be able to get 15-16 blocks :-) Good luck!
Thank you Ledine for the music change. I absolutely love your understandable tutorial. Will check your blog properly regarding accurate 1/4” seams. Please carry on with your vlogs xx
