Hello Just tried this yesterday and I think I found a way to make the lighter fluid last longer and all it took wre wo hex nut and a cap

Whoa hold on! Wouldn't the fuel slowly evaporate through the wick? Perhaps add a cap...

Just about any flammable fluid works pro tip if u are gonna use alcohol use a liquor that is 80 proof or up

Using hot melt glue near the end that gets hot may not be such a good idea.

Nice but wouldn't the bottle cap eventually melt...

(Read this comment here for lots of safety tips and does and do nots) (1).First gasoline is to hot for this.. I would recommend alcohol for cleaning cuts. It usually burns at a lower temperature. (Usually) (2).second don't leave this on to long, for the plastic will soon burn.. So really this is just a fun thing to say you have it. Brass tubing would be better/ideal but the availability isn't to high. So plastic is okay, just watch out for how long you leave it on. (3).Also make a small cap that fits snug on the wick so the fuel doesn't slowly evaporate in the air. This will also make it last longer. Other than that thanks for reading if you did! These are safety tips that I speak from experience :P

Also wash your hands after using alcohol, lighter fluid, or even nail polish remover. Because if its on your hand and a flame jumps over. Your on fire! :p
