Hello! I’ve never worked w/acrylics but I’m super interested and about to order but I was wondering if I needed to make a hole in any of the acrylic blanks f/Zindee if I could use my crop-a-dile or if that would break it?

do you have to epoxy or resin sides of key chain? or for that matter sides of any acrylic piece?

Whats the difference with decoupage and the other glue used for glitter (the red glitter lips)

Hi Zindee Can you help please? I’ve made one circular (not two like yours) it looks lovely but the resin has gone over the sides as you can’t really stop it and so there is resin on the reverse side of the disc. I put it on same mat as you have. How do I stop this? It’s quite a bit too. Can you mention how to deal with this in your videos? Thank you 😊

These are so cute! I have one question. I am new to resin, but I thought resin did not stick to vinyl. Is UV resin diferent from epoxy resin in this regard?

Cheryl Cremon both uv resin and then epoxy resin can be used to seal these over vinyl :)

Do you have ideas on what to do with white acrylic blanks

Any vinyl would need to go directly onto the acrylic, not on the glitter, right? I imagine it would make it lumpy. So if you want glitter with text, would you need to do glitter on the back, text on the front and seal both sides?

Do you use a special face mask while using that resin>?

I am going to ask a silly question but I am still learning. How do you make the circle in the middle of the printed vinyl?

What torch are you using?

I wish there was a bundle for all the supplies needed for this. There is SO MUCH to look through and I am unable to find some of it.

What is the difference between decoupage and mod podge? If you do not use epoxy to attach the what do you use? Can I use triple thick to seal printable vinyl? Thanks , I love all your products they always come in perfectly fine.

I'm so excited to get started. I just received my blanks and downloaded the files to go along with. When I upload the file into Cricut Design Space will I have to adjust the size of the image or does it upload to the exact size of the blank for me to cut?

Can I ask what UV resin you are using? I have one but no matter what I do it still has a bit of a "stickiness" feel to it. I would love to find one that does not do that.

the vinyl in this video is professionally ecosolvent printed from our website www.zindee.com but we also offer the patterns we design as digital download so you can use printable vinyl but would need to seal before applying resin 🥰

Carrie they are pretty much the same. I prefer the decoupage as it dries a bit quicker and I like the consistency of it more 🥰

Help 😩 On the stripe vinyl did you tile it or shrink it down to size. I’m trying to buy the pattern as shown for the 3in circle and don’t want to buy the wrong one.

I love making my acrylic keychains but everytime I uv resin them they are still tacky and I put them under the light for about 2 to 4 minutes. I will have to try the aluminum foil trick. Thank you for your videos. Two of my keychains I'm ready to throw out they look horrible with how tacky they are.

Brenda LaClair the foil will definitely help, also putting it in the sun for a few minutes can get rid of the tackiness 🥰 You may need a better light if it’s a constant issue

Same thing for me, my keychains look tacky after applying the UV resin and putting it under the lamp

You should always take proper precautions depending on the resin you are using. You want to avoid skin and eye contact for sure 🥰
