I did it!!! On myself! Jon explained it so well that I took the plunge... however I've been clipping my own hair for years, so prolly don't try this if you are not comfortable using clippers on your own hair. I only went 2/3 - 3/4 the way back because it's really hard to do that last dip yourself. Thanks Jon for your calm and precise explanation!!!
Poor guy in the chair, getting ragged about like a rag doll. LOL, The dude who's cutting the hair reminds me of Bam Margera (a familiar face), so it makes him easy to watch :)

Thank you so much🙏 I used your techniques to cut my son's hair and he really liked it. Sending love and light to you.

I love that cut very professional. thanks I will do it at my work .
Thank you for this video! We live in TN, where we are #1 in the nation in Covid cases. The barber is not an option for us. Mr. Felicia needed a trim and wanted this haircut. Thanks to your tutorial, I was able to deliver! It came out great. He's really happy with the results. I couldn't have done it without this video!
Thank you your video helped me give my husband and son this haircut keep them coming!
I’m doing this on my son tonight! Thank you for explaining this and helping me determine where to place the part!
thank for the sharp detailed side part tutorial love this look on a man very classy!
thanks for the step by step for the hard part. im just starting to do some n my shop. this helps a lot!!
Definitely saving this. My boys need a cut and I need my husband to clean up my undercut. This is the most straightforward guide I've seen so far.
Amazing clean cut !! +TheSalonGuy please make some more videos for hairstyle for receding hairline and some tips to make hair thick from thin! thanks
I FREAKIN' DID IT!!! AND.....it looks awesome! Thank you for making this GD easy. I wish that I could post a photo. My son loves the cut and style -- but of course I did first. THANK YOU SO MUCH for making things look so easy and for taking the critical extra time to thoroughly explain everything that you did about the line. XOXO

Thank you so much I'm pretty good with clippers for an amature but never learned to do the hard part. My son loves that I can do this. He has autism and prefers I do his hair. I also hook up my hubby when times are tough. 🙏 Regards for DE may you continue to prosper.

Thanks for the info. I'm just getting into doing/cutting the Hard Part. Last time I did my own and it wasn't the greatest. I'm going to cut a top line and bottom line (two line cut). I've been cutting my own hair (20yrs) ever since a kid in my Mom's Salon Shop. It's hard af to do the line farther back, and I have a short Mohawk. If you have any ideas on how to do your own Line all the way back, (yourself) I'm all ears. Most likely, going to 3d print my own guide.
Awesome job Jon!

Double disconnected undercut. I have this but unfortunately the length of the long hair is now down to my shoulders where here in the U.K. you still can’t get a haircut! Any tips on how to cut the ends of the long hair combed to one side without it turning into a complete disaster! 😱

I have so much trouble trying to explain the hair cut I really want. Well THIS is precisely the hair cut I really like, however you took it to the next level! Awesome! I would like to push you out of your comfort zone and dare you to do a COMPLETE new level style, for instance in this video you could have taken the beard to the next level to complement this hair cut! Still your on a league of your own.
What’s the name of the clipper that puts line in hair
Could you use a safety razor to define the part?
Please tell what is that clipper number
I have two lines in my hair first is failed can this goes back again naturally?
This model sure has some gorgeous eyebrows
If I have really straight hair. Will this hairstyle work for me?
After getting harder line can I grow hair over the line?
I'm confused why is the clippers cordless in the video but on Amazon they have a cord ?
Thank you everyone!

So many barbers do the hard part at the natural part and it just makes the shape of the head look un-even. This is the aesthetic way of parting it.
My son has a cowlick in that spot in the front, should I still put the part there? Will it look funny?
Been dwelling on this, haven't been able to come up with a solid idea. Basically, do you have any hairstyle ideas for when someone wants to grow their hard part back out? Mine is like half an inch right now, and my hair kinda looks meh. I am wondering if there is some type of cut I could go with, or if I just gotta live through an awkward period. Sides are about .5 - 1.5 inches (faded up), top is 4 inches. Probably just gonna have to let it grow back. :(

Adam Pandit try to blow dry the hair when you style it. it's like ironing clothes. removing the moisture with heat will help keep the hair where you want it to go. don't rely on the product to control the hair just use product to help keep it in place.
