Number 1 rule for cooking shows is to use way too many unnecessary adjectives that appeal to the senses.

Would have loved the non alcoholic version! !
For non alcoholic you could use milk and a little more chocolate syrup, or alternatively you could use a scoop of strongly flavored ice cream of your choosing. And for dairy free you could use almond milk or soy milk.
