Great video, I want to build my own, I'm tired of the wind in my face and bugs and dry eyes. I've bent clear Lexan alot with a wide brake and a rolling crease to it for machine guarding. No heat nothing. Just a metal brake and quite a bit of roll to the bend. Lexan is very strong and resistant to shattering. I have never worked with the tinted kind but being lexan I would believe it works the same. As for drilling, you are spot on with the unibit or an acrylic drill bit. A regular drill bit will bite and ruin lexan holes with micro fractures that will show up eventually if not immediately.

Looks like it came on the boat. Great work as always. It's nice to get away from knives here and there and just see how other people do things like this, being just general repairs around the house or just handy man stuff that most of us do anyways. I always enjoy the channel because of the variety

I think you made the description too specific. I had no idea you could heat and bend lexan. It's just a handful of people might need a windshield for that exact boat. But "How to bend Lexan" could reach so many more eyes.

I’ve had trouble with clear lexan a few times. After exposure to the sun for a couple years, the clear would take on a pink tint.

I just got a j16 project boat...I do have a question...Bow platform, the large platforn needs to be rebuilt or replaced...I'm having issues finding a replacement...do you have any recommendations
