This is another long, rambling video -- part 4 of the inexpensive full lite entry. In this video I make a threshold out of a piece of 1x4 oak, using an old $99 table saw and trim router.

    Excellent job, thanks for sharing!! I’m gonna tackle a new door jam so needless to say I’m looking for some pointers. I have a 36x80” door that actually only measures 79” so now I’ve got a new frame that’s 83”5/8 and rough opening of 82” 1/2 and a door that’s 79” lol.

    It was standard "porch" paint (wooden porches around here are usually painted that color) ... which I thought would be more durable.
