Maan, Idk how to thankkk youu. Dude I just tried to made door animation and the door handle animation with moon animator. But something always went wrong. The door handle wasn't moved with door itself and the handle always were teleporting to the strange location when I gave up and closing the moon animator. That's was the most annoying thing which I doesn't know how to fix that. Than I saw your thumbnail and thought your video could help me and I was right! I am so happy, now the door handle moving with the door!

@@epicallystuff you should mention that welds are used for parts that you want to remain inanimate and that the parts should be unanchored. Great video dude I loved the animated root part segment!

Can i also Use Multiple Parts for the Torso lets say like it will be A Torso with a Front Plate and Cylinders in The Back? Hey, i have a problem. Basically, i can't set the rig's primary part to HumanoidRootPart Because when i do it the name appears for 1 second and disappears.

Can you still do this with the basic Roblox animator? Or do I have to buy moon animator 2?

idk why but mine SORT of works. basically what happens is i spawn in with the camera on my custom model then when i move around it doesnt work, and i think i know why. i think its cus its creating a clone of myself. so basically the camera is locked onto my custom player model but i can only move my ACTUAL character. pls help...

how to add walk animation to my custom rig?

heyy again I have a question. So, I've rigged my character. However, whenever I move parts like their tail or legs it looks off. The model was made in blender, and was splitted and has markings on it. Anyway, I can move the top of the arm for example, but if I move anything below that then the part kind of just moves on its own and doesnt move the parts below the selected part.

make it kind of like a skeleton: (e.g., lower torso > upper leg > lower leg > foot)

@@epicallystuff Im not sure if I understand that well. So I start at the torso, I make a joint at the top leg connecting to the torso, then make the joints all the way down? That's what I did, is there a way I can show you a picture?

For some reason I cannot select my rig for animation. I did everything right. Even the HumanoidRootPart was the primary part. Everything was named correctly. I even rerigged it a few times and it still won't let me select it. Please help.

how i fix my custom model not moving when i animate on moon animator?

When I click to use the rig editor, no floating window appears

how do you make models move after something happens? My models keep moving when an event hasn't happened yet and its driving me crazy. An example is like someone trying to hit a person, I want the person to dodge but it keeps starting to dodge when the attacker didn’t even try to hit them yet

@@cereal4201 other keyframes start when other keyframes end add blank keyframes by pressing + when you want it to start and then position the other keyframes that you want to animate with further out based on how slow/fast you want them

alright good tut! it worked at first but i made another one and i scripted something so the character as an npc plays an idle animation. whenever i test it the head is inside the torso, ive made sure cancollide was turned on but it still dont work, would you mind helping me?

@@epicallystuff okok turns out it was head attachment. I have no idea where it comes from tho but it only appears in-testing mode. I just rewelded the accessories the rig had and it fixed.

Guys dont forget to go to the rig press + and put a humanoid Or else it wont work

idk if this is a glitch with the rig i made but when i try to animate smthn on the rig i cant move it i can only rotate it and im using roblox anim thingy

Try rerigging the LowerTorso > UpperTorso. If that doesn't work then try unanchoring the RootPart

I watched each step closely and I managed to create the same rig but there is a problem! You see, when I go to the Animator, It won't work to animate the rig. It just tells me to select a Rig to start creating but I'm already selecting it. Please someone explain!
