modding is pretty hard in almost any game that needs 3D modelling, it is pretty satisfying to drive something that YOU made tho

I dove in a few weeks ago into 3d modeling and modding and it's pretty in depth but very rewarding. I am going overboard and basically model my own tubular chassis and up. I have collected a lot of parts cars and parts to use and mod. This tutorial was one that helped get me started.

@@-mako-6018 I modded a gravy garage car and I went to an online drift session and everyone that had the 180sx had my model on my screen. It was absolutely bonkers to chase down the car you just made while driving the car you just made 😍.

Someone made the Total Mania Nations car for Assetto Corsa, but the steering is programed as if it was for a keyboard (basically you either turn completely left or completely right but without being able to do it gradually like with a steering wheel) What I want to know is on which if the files of the car are stored the values so that Assetto knows how the car turns, and how can we change it to make it drivable?

I unpack car and import to 3ds mas set as ad but on scale factor i have nothing i can switch units and noting just empty space whats the problem i try 3 or 4 cars all the same

when i unpack the KN5 all my textures come up as DDL files and dont load in 3ds

You need to enable developer mode on CM. Go to about - content manager, and click the first numbers a couple of times

Hey! i have the same issue, and it looks like you cant do anything about it... or atleast i couldnt do anything about it... tried everything but maybe this can help: Try Changing the units under "Scene Units Converted to" 3ds Max has two unit settings, System and Display, that can create conflicts when you try to exchange data between 3ds Max and MotionBuilder, Maya, or Revit. If they are set differently (for example, inches and centimeters), the 3ds Max System and Display units settings do not create issues as long as you are only working within 3ds Max. However, MotionBuilder and Maya use centimeters, and Revit uses feet/meters, so conversions might occur each time an FBX file is moved between those programs. Generally in 3ds Max, changing the System Unit Setup is discouraged as it can create confusion. But for the purposes of file exchange and interoperability, altering 3ds Max System Units is necessary as FBX files do not take 3ds Max Display units into account.
