    I bought your pattern months ago, and LOVE it! I’ve made a lot of them for gifts and sold some at a craft show, but mostly I love using them in my home. I use double strands of cotton yarn. I also use the smaller rings from Hobby Lobby in the macrame section because my hubby and grandkids have a tendency to pull the towels out of the bigger rings.     I’ve made some with rings , mine were about 4” like yours . They didn’t want to buy bcoz the ring was too thick to go around their oven door holder ! I gave up on them , some ladies said they’d hang on a kitchen knob ! I like them but I’m not getting stuck with so many !

    Can I ask how long this should typically measure? I used a slightly different yarn 2 strands together (simple and soft vicose yarn by Lion's brand).
