Sounds like you've got the audio figured out! Thanks for the in dept vid. How long was the process from start to finish? I ask because whenever I cook...it always take longer than I think it should, lol. Also...not the biggest fan of pork in that form...but damn that looks good! Keep up the excellent content brother...you're a very talented man!

Thank you very much for your support! The process is split into 2 parts. 1st- Marinating the pork which involves making the mojo and letting it sit overnight in the fridge. This process takes about one hour. For the pickles preparing the ingredients is what takes longer. I would say another hour from start to jarring. 2nd- Making the bread and roasting the pork. For the bread it takes about 2 to 3 hours from start to finish but a lot of that time is letting the yeast do its magic. Roasting the pork it took 2 hours as I prepped a 4 pounder. So considering you make the bread earlier and roasting the pork afterwards it will take about 5 hours if you are using an oven and need to share. If you roast your pork on a charcoal grill ( which is unbelievable good) at the same time as you make the bread on the oven, it will only take about 3 hours. We appreciate your feedback and comments! If you have any other questions or suggestions, let us know!
