I like your way of safely supporting work above a table for cutting. You get a lot out of a tool that is very simple to build. About 25 years ago I made a 1.4m latching track for my ELU circular saw; and used it so much that I bought a 3.2m Bosch Tracksaw system last year (for large sheet work making wardrobes & cupboards).

I've been looking at circular saw guide videos much of the day to decide on what make. This is hands down the best one I've seen! Thanks for the good video and English subs 😉

I think I will be making this for myself. I made a traditional "fence" with a long piece of plywood with a short board for the saw to track against. The problem is that it interferes with the saw motor and the board has to be clamped. Sometimes the clamps get in the way. Your model is much better in three ways. It can be hand-held, it can be clamped, and it provides a 90 degree angle for a square cut. I love your videos. Thanks

Great and simple design. I had to modify it a little bit, because i use a Bosch circular saw with a 85mm blade. But the result is absolutely perfect. Great job and thanks for sharing.

Zudem sind die Videos so klar verständlich, das ein Nachbau auch ohne großartig Zeichnung möglich ist. Most DIY ideas I see on youtube are made by professionals with wood tools technical background and explained in a technical manner. This is made by a professional but explained simply, seems easy enough for a novice to replicate. Much appreciate 👍
