素晴らしいノウハウを有難う御座います。 お陰様で、ほぼ見本通りのクロスカット台が完成し喜んでおります。 7寸ゼットソーも大変重宝しており、ジグも複数制作させて頂きました。 これからも凄技を楽しみにしております。

数年前に初めてスライド台を作ってみました。 納得できず自作定規で作業していましたが、この微調整機能スライド台は素敵ですね！ 固定式ではなく跳ね上げで確認しやすい点も良いです！ 連続で切りたいのと、1番多く使うサイズなので参考にさせていただきます。

コメントありがとうございます！ 当初はトラックレール式も考えましたが、鬼目ナットで十分対応出来ると判断しました。コスト的にも抑えられますね。 今回はクランプのデザインにもこだわってみました。 2種類の長さで製作したので様々な固定に対応できるかなと思います。

勉強になりました！！！ はねあげ式で墨線が見やすい、直角微調整ガイド、その他諸々。 丸ノコスライド台のモヤモヤをみごと解決! 自分もmottoさんの動画を見習って、丁寧にまねしてみます。 ありがとうございました。

very neat job. I can only say one thing: when I made a similar device, the thickness of the boards along which the saw moves greatly reduces the depth of cut. I had to look for thinner ones.

Thank you for your comment! It is true that balance is important when it comes to the thickness of the rail part. The square timber I use is about 40mm, so I use that thickness as my standard.

コメントありがとうございます！ 可能であれば 集塵タイプでソフトスタート、静音モード付きが良いと思います。 ウッドデッキなどのカットで無ければ125mmの方がオススメですね。 チョット高価ですが、長く使い続ける事を考えると1番お得かなと思います。 日本メーカーであれば、さほど変わらないと思います。 ご参考に。

お疲れさまです。 いいアディアの台ですね。丸鋸はそんなに大きなものは作らないだろうと125mmのタイプを買ったんですが、せめて　165mmにしておけばよかったと思ってます。労基署が言う安全な逆さま置きが出来ないタイプです（笑）。

目視可能なのは便利ですね。スライド丸ノコの代わりにもなりますし、突き当て部分に端材をクランプしてストッパーにすれば、同じ寸法の連続切り出しに使えそうです。

コメントありがとうございます！ 以前製作したレール部クローズタイプではズレ側発生したので、跳ね上げ式にしました。 工房も使いやすくなって来たので、治具物見直し中です。 マルチトリマーガイドは苦戦中ですが.....。苦笑

いつも動画参考にさせてもらってます。 前作ったスライド台では精度が良くなかったので、今回のものを参考にします！ 質問なんですが、今キャンプ用のテーブルを作ろうと考えているのですが、天板の部材が決まりません😢 見た目が良くて、比較的安価なものでおすすめはありますか？

コメントありがとうございます！ スノコ天板でしたら、赤松材（胴縁材）にライトオーク位ですと明る目良い感じです。 濃い目だとSPF1×4や1×2材ですかね。 木目が整って綺麗なホウ材やマホガニー材の薄板をベニアに貼って板材にする方法もありますね。

素晴らしいアイデアですね😊 DIY の初心者ですが家にあった古い丸ノコではどうやってもまっすぐにも直角にも切れないので調べた所ベースがグニャグニャグニャでした。ちょっと危ない目にもあったので新しく買おうと思いますが、動画でお使いの丸ノコの機種をお教え下されば嬉しいです。粉塵アレルギー気味なのでホースがつけられるタイプを探してます😅

Hello, congratulations for your design. To my opinion is one of the best out there. I am trying to do something like that and I need some help if possible. When I fixed the 2 aluminum edges I realized that my circular saw does not have a fully straight bottom plate, so the circular saw flickers between the aluminum edges for about 1-2mm. When I pushed harder the aluminum edges to the bottom plate the circular saw could hardly move forward. After that I measured the bottom plate and realized that is not perfect straight. Is that possible? My circular saw is a Makita DHS660 purchased new and used enough without any falls. Any suggestions please? Thank you in advance

Thank you for your comment! I also had the base plate of my circular saw warped due to daily use. Remove it and check the degree of distortion using a table or straight ruler. I fixed it in a vise and corrected the distortion with force. If the distortion cannot be removed, it is better to request repair from the manufacturer.

2年前にmottoさんの動画を参考に丸鋸スライド台を作りました。以前のものは最初丸鋸の前部分だけをスライドに乗せそこから滑らせて全体をレールに乗せて木材を切るタイプでした。丸鋸のカバーは丸鋸全体がレールに乗ってから開くようになっていました。今回のものは丸鋸全体を最初からレールに乗せそこから滑らせて切るわけですよね。カバーはいつ開くのでしょうか。そもそもカバーが降りた状態から滑らせて大丈夫なのでしょうか。私も新しいものを作り直したいのですが、カバーの件が心配で質問させていただきました。

コメントありがとうございます！ 前作はカバーがカタカタとなる事とカット部材の目視調整がし難いので今回の製作となりました。 カバーは丸鋸をレールに乗せる段階で少し開いてセットします。 （安全の為、セットしてからコンセント等を入れてください） カバーの開きはベース板に沿って最小のままカットするので安全性が増していると思います。 目視によるカット部材固定が出来るので、微調整もしやすいと思います。

M3×12位が良いと思います。 穴はビス太さの一回り大きい位が良いですね。

コメントありがとうございます！ 反り無し板探しはDIYerにとって、とても重要ですね。 私は見つけたらストックしています。 状態が良いのは中々見つからないですからね。 スライド丸鋸は作業効率を考えてウッドデッキ製作の時に買いましたね。 それまでは丸鋸オンリーです。

ベースの板は平らなものとありましたが、おすすめの材質など教えていただけませんか？

コメント有難うございます！ 品名は分かりませんが、表裏に3mm程度のシナベニア同等材が貼ってある18mm厚位の板がホームセンターで買えると思います。 比較的、平面度が安定している製品だと思います。

Hello, after looking at many different designs... I find yours very interesting. Please could you help me with some questions I have for you regarding your design? 1. On the left hand side of your table against the back edge, you have the long piece of timber from left hand side of your structure to the far corner. That piece of timber is approximately 300mm long, I've looked over and over and I can't see the importance of it. Please could you tell me why you have it there at all? To me, it seems unnecessary because if you were using it as some type of border, wouldn't your resting block (which you have bolted to your table) be sufficient? You've gone to great lengths to include it in your design, though I don't see why. 2. On the opposite side of your structure on the hinged end, in the far Right hand corner, you've left that corner without any timber border at all. Again, I've tried to see why you've left that corner open... please could you explain why you have? I fully intend to build my own version of what you've created here, as I have the perfect place already in my normal work area... please tell me what you think of the following design? On the hinged end of your structure, have blocks the same size (both sides) as you have on the open end (from which you're standing at work.) Wouldn't this design reduce the amount of material that you're needing? If you had that corner blocked, (instead of leaving it open) wouldn't that eliminate the need for hinges at all? Please reply soon, I'd be very interested to know your thoughts... Thank you, Keith from Australia.

Thank you for your comment. I don't know if that answers your question. . The square piece on the left is the center of the 165mm saw blade and is the effective cutting range position. The square timber allows fine adjustment of the right angle. The purpose of the hinge is to directly see the cut line and fix it in place. If it is a fixed type, there is a slide rail, so it is difficult to adjust the position accurately. Is the above okay?

Hello again, thanks very much for your reply... I appreciate your time and your thoughts. Though I think you're missing the point of my questions. Your reply explains the use for your bolted block on your table, yes yes... I understand the need for this block for fine tuning your work. Though my question is why you need the longer block that you've glued and screwed to the edge of the table... on the left hand side of your hinged structure. Also I'm asking you why on the RIGHT hand side of your hinged structure, you've left that corner open. These are the things that I don't understand. Please don't misunderstand me, I'm not critical of your workmanship or your design, I'm simply trying to work it out why you've built the way you've built. This will then help me with MY design that has evolved Completely... from your design.@@DIYmotto

it's okay. There was a discrepancy in the literal translation of the translation software. The left side is to prevent veneer distortion. The right side is open for visibility of the circular saw blade position.

感謝您的評論！ 切縫深度需要透過測試進行微調。 我覺得板子盡量做大一點，從左右固定好，這樣就不會浮起來了。 對於寬縫，最好使用修剪器。

是鐵軌翻轉嗎？ 這是為了直接檢查切割線位置的微調情況。 如果你斜著看它，你會發現差異。

質問です。動画6分のところで作業者から見て蝶番の左にある角材の目的は何ですか？無くても支障はないでしょうか？
