@@JohnDoe-wx2oo You should learn about her past life tho. She had a pretty rough life in the city, if I’m not mistaken. She started her channel alone, it was just her doing all the shooting, editing, the labour and everything else that needs to be done. Yes it was extremely hard but for a hardworking and perseverant person like her nothing is impossible. When her channel started to grow and got more and more followers, that’s when she finally got help and put her crew together:)

She is learning, enthusiastic, hardworking, patient,focus, energetic, humble, talented, skillful, knowledgeable, strong, brave, charming and beautiful girl 😍😍

I remember my grandpa and old generations used it a lot. Same as the knife in video ,very commonly used in underdeveloped Chinese countryside. It’s homemade by hand, iron. use for chop the bone or hard stuff

@@bijinsue Loads of her Chinese fans asked the same question on Weibo and she gave answers. Her cleaver was made by a blacksmith in her town, for less than $3 each. Sadly, that blacksmith doesn't do online business. I kept looking for a similar one until I found out it wasn't actually for kitchen use. It is used for cutting trees and chopping wood. If you know how to use taobao.com, you can search 砍树刀／劈柴刀. One tip, they may heavier than normal cleaver but it is good as well if you can handle it.

Daniel Ishigaki it’s a sauce kinda similar, I’m studying in France and I always have one, choose the kind with chicken, that’s the best!!! You can find in AliExpress or local Chinese / Asian markets, but this kind usually sales quickly and well. What can I say, the freaking FR border control took my stuff!!!😭😭😭

I think the best part of Liziqi's videos is the appropriate use of technology in rural life so that life can be enjoyed in real sense . No one is completely happy in the urban lifestyle inspite of having all the amenities.

My wife is from Guangzhou China. So cute, lovely and super smart. I love china

She seems so peaceful and serene in everything she does, and does it all so effortlessly. What a magical woman.

For people that worry that she moves to the city, I think she is just doing stuff that she loves and share it with everyone. She is trying something new, working with different people and learning new stuff. I'm happy that she is not alone and have new team on her back so she can produce better quality video and sharing her culture and lives with us. We just sit down watching youtube, but she spends lots effort to produce all these quality video.

If you look closely, that's not a knife. The "handle" was actually meant to have a (probably long) stick inserted. It has the weight, it's almost the same shape as the chinese kitchen hatchet, tool steel is easy to sharpen and can take a beating. And it might have been either cheap or free.

Nice. I'm a welder/wannabe blacksmith so i spotted it the first time i saw it on a vid. 😂 Btw, if the guy knows how to make handles, you can get two knives out of the same part. Just cut above the current handle, keep the function as kitchen hatchet, but lighter(might or not be desired) and use the removed part to make a smaller, more precise knife for fine slices, skinning or whittling.

Walnuts have also type: soft and hard. The one she cracked was soft ones so it’s easy to crack by hand or even teeth.

Yeah and did any one else notice she cracked them WITH HER BARE HANDS!! That alone is proof of her authentic farm lifestyle. Her hands are strong from daily labor. The rest of us need a nutcracker to do that!
