It's a tape dispenser which is no longer available from Stampin' Up! The replacement one they sell for 3D projects and heavier layers is called Stampin' Seal+. bit.ly/3PbUzeB I'm sorry but I can't recommend an alternative to this as I don't use any other adhesives not sold by Stampin' Up!

I'm sorry Marlene, I do try to remember not to use jargon but this one obviously slipped past me. DSP is short for Designer Series Paper. This is the heavy weight (usually double-sided) patterned paper from Stampin' Up! that I use in my projects.
