what's most impressive is using modern tools to maintain the authenticity of the old school style. so good dude as always

legitimately one of the best tutorials i've seen. very informative and telling of your creative process. even though you give a lot of information you keep it engaging. keep up the great work

What a good idea to sample from the Dodonpachi mod files! I had no idea that Namiki composed in that format. The sounds he uses are so iconic of that certain time in music, I wonder if he sampled from his own synths or something? Would make sense Amazingly done and very informative. Currently I am kind of making a mashup of genres where it leans on the early style of big-beat, but goes other directions as well (even more downtempo to triphop areas), but everything here is still very helpful for me as I move into jungle music and try some more things.

Seems like I'm suffering from too fast of a pacing, idk how to get those smooth comfortable ride sections tbh, I have the ideas but my tracks end up being less than a min to a minute and twenty usually...

It was just a little visualizer for the full track playthrough. I was going to go through the whole project in detail anyways so I thought it would just be a neat creative decision to also visualize the theme and feel of the track.
