How to make 3D emboss Logo on T shirt? Silicone label embossing process:
Tips for High Density Silicone Logo making for T-shirt
1st Molding silicone ink mixing:
Molding silicone ink XG-360W 50G
Molding silicone catalyst XG-360WB 5G （mixing ratio 10%）
Silicone thinner XG-128AH : 0-10%
Silicone pigments 2-5%
2nd Vacuum by vacuum machine for 1 time
3rd Fill the mixing silicone on the mold move to vacuum by vacuum machine for another 1-2 times
4th Embossing Machine set temp :
Upper mold 180 degree
Bottom mold about 50 - 60 degree
Heating time 8-15 seconds (depends on temp and design size )
Heat press the vacuumed molding silicone ink on the fabric.
