    My son does Uber eats & Grub hub togther and said they pay the best & that was after trying all the apps and multi aping. My DIL stuck with InstaCart & picked up 3 old age centers who request her only & doing 2 to 3 order’s in a day, on her time, & they tip at the door. After 3 months they only use her for the customer service she provides & is able to take other orders when she delivers the first order, the rest are on paper.

    Thanks for the feedback! It’s wise to diversify and have more than one app for many reasons. It could be just to stay busy when other app happens to get slow, or fill in with offers to set yourself up for maximum efficiency when it comes to miles driven and time spent to make a certain amount of $$.

    @@hookmeupken2190 Missouri. it recently has gotten so saturated with drivers that it's hard to get blocks as a partner driver. this is just a side hustle for and I see my end is near. 0% chance I'm going to get my acceptance rate up over 90% for priority scheduling

    Hi I multi app DD & PM but now I'm having 2 issues I need advice with. 1-my acceptance rate dropped to 35% with Doordash because they keep trying to send me crazy bad orders to a bad neighborhood 8m Away too dangerous for me to go to. When I live in the middle of super nice hotzones upscale area. Also I've been declining the far away ones for low pay because they are a waste of my resources and not cost effective. 2- the customer calls me a bunch of times asks am I lost why am I going over here or there and not bringing there food straightaway. I apologize and say I'm sorry I'm assigned multiple orders and have a customer delivery just 7 min ahead and I'll be right there. I've been bitched at quite a bit with grumpy customers so I hate that location finder feature. 3- once my acceptance rate fell below 50% I can barely get a shift!!! It's like they penalize you with no shifts although they sure are not paying me minimum wage or gas!! Or car depreciation fees. Any tips?

  • @GigCoachJake

    @GigCoachJake

    5 жыл бұрын

    Don’t worry about acceptance rating whatsoever. You should be able to schedule or dash now the day of. I’m pretty certain your market is busy enough for that. I won’t run a delivery on two separate apps, simultaneously. GH customers have to take up batched offers with GH, as we’re just the independent contractors, aka middleman or woman. Kill em with kindness and move on. This is also why I’ll reassign low tip or paying offers that make no sense in a batch where I have a bigger offer and nice tip. Their ratings at the end affect whether you will get future deliveries for that customer, so I don’t like to piss off my good tipping customers by being greedy and adding a small offer.

  • @yitzieb

    @yitzieb

    5 жыл бұрын

    Acceptance ratings on DD means nothing. Schedule has nothing to do with ratings. I'm at 15% with DD. I schedule the entire day, every day, no problem. Reject. Reject. Reject. I only do $7+ with maximum of 4 miles so that I'm always available for a higher paying GrubHub order.

  • @AynLosAngeles

    @AynLosAngeles

    5 жыл бұрын

    yitzieb I wish you all are right, because I always had a available time schedule or red dash now available always when I was above 50%. Since I dropped below & am at 35% I can barely get any shifts! I have been shut out and my rating is 4.83 and 2300 deliveries! I went from 350 a week to barely 80 now and had to pick up slack at postmates. Bottom line is my only loyalty is to the green and no one is paying me hourly so they have no right to penalize my acceptance rate bc they are not securing minimum wage. They need to mind their own business like postmates with no acceptance rate.

  • @AynLosAngeles

    @AynLosAngeles

    5 жыл бұрын

    My other thought is perhaps it is a coincidence and Doordash has just gotten rid of dash now in my market and it's too saturated so that no shifts are left and it happened at the same time as my acceptance rating. This is another explanation because I used to be always able to dash now now all the red is always gone even peak surge times so I just don't know.

    I don’t give a crap about acceptance rating because I’m an Independent Contractor. Therefore, I keep both running on block and schedule. I’ll keep rejecting offers and take one that sets me up for back to back deliveries. If I want, I’ll pause DoorDash but I always know GrubHub offers have plenty of time before they’re even ready for pickup.

    Block? 🤔🤔🤔 what is that? Blocks are defined as the ability to get you fucked up... stop BLOCKING your way to success. Go in on busier times and forget on blocking yourself to make money. I'm partner so getting blocks is hard and totally useless. Also dont like to over reject orders. Having blocks will make my rejection rate to 3% which I know it means nothing but just want to keep my numbers up.

    Unless I’m driving 15 minutes to get the offer, which happens often, I’m waiting 15-20 IF NOT MORE. Today I accepted a $12 that took 40 minutes from the time I received it. The offers I accept on DD I never have to pay, and that’s 75% of the offers. 🤷‍♂️ I’m also pretty sure I said each market will differ and it may be the opposite for others. Either way, GH dispatching system is the WORST of every food delivery platform. Why can every other app dispatch closer to pickup time and closer locations?? Riddle me tjat Riddler. 🤪😂🤙
