How to maintain a silk press while working Out!

In this video, I'm sharing how I maintain my 4C silk-pressed natural hair without having to compromise my workouts. It took me years of trail and error to figure out what works best for me and my hair type. This method will keep your edges laids, curls intact, and roots dry.
There are 4 important steps in order to perfect this method
1. Dri- fit Head wrap ( Linked in my Bio)
2. Top Knots, this is the easiest way to create tight buns that doesn't get in the way of your workout. This also allows less moisture to get in your hair.
4. Plan your workout schedule. DON't Run a marathon
3. Your hair MUST be completely Dry before you take down your hair
