Hi, how's the steering? On my '71 kg, lowered with beam adjusters and dropped spindles is horrible. I intend to install caster shims, probably it'll make it better.

Was this just the front lowered or did you already/also lower the back? Curious howd itd look with 2" drop on the front and stock rear height

Sorry for late reply!! The adjusters are almost in the bottom but can be lowered a little more if I like too. Front tires are Hankook Kinergy Eco 165/65 R15 and wheels are Fuchs 4,5

I like it.. did you use stock ball joints or did you have to use the ones made for lowerd front ends?

Jen Henderson It has stock style Balljoints. The dropped spindles make it possible to go lower without changing them out. But any lower than this you probably need to change for longtavel balljoints.

What did you do for narrowed leaves in the beam?

You can buy narrowed leaves, but I re-used the stock ones. Just put them inside the new beam, center them with adjusters in middle. Install torsionarms snug, mark the position for grubscrews in torsionarms on the leaves (a small drill and a steady arm is recommended). Cut off the rest of the leaves sticking out with a grinder. When that’s done, take it all apart, drill proper dimples for grubscrews in the leaves (4). Then re-install it and job done! Good luck
