Let me save your 15 mins. Summary: Do calorie surplus for muscle building and when you are happy with muscles but not with fat then cut it. Focus on one thing at a time.

Yess sir you are right, Muscle gain = Calories surplus and Fat loss = Calories Deficit, so there is no sense in gain muscle and loose fat at same time. Thank you for this truth

Just take more protein so you'll get muscles and take them in calorie deficit that means 1600 calories per day bus that will do the game. Take protein and dont take fats and take less carbs

Hello Jeet Sir, first of all, you are the only person I can trust. even I can't trust my close friend when we talk about fitness. I have a question I am at the beginning of the strength training and as of now, I have close to 15% fat. so please tell me that at the end of this video. the point we have to follow is to be on the maintenance calories side and do strength training side by side with the point which in keep in mind to eat low fat % calories. because the body composition rarely gives the exact results. Just give Thumpsumb my comment if am not wrong. Love you and wish you good luck.
