    Hello Mr. Brian, I have improved my diet significantly but I can't help but eat them with rice, for example, I eat many eggs, fish, and veggies that I cook myself but I always eat them withr rice. Is that a problem with losing fat in general? As always, thank you for the videos.

    It can be a problem so keep the rice portions very small. Half a cup or so

    I have been eating less calories and exercising 3 hours a day and I still am not losing weight or just maintaining. My total calories burned is 3,100-4,000 and I still am losing nothing. Can you do the OMAD diet long term or is there another way. I gained 40 pounds in 2 months and my doctors can’t figure out what is causing it or why. Do you have any recommendations? Thank you

    The weight gain is quite extreme. It must be a medical condition. Some people can do OMAD long term others can't. Work with your docs to figure out what the issue might be

    Thank-you. Can i ask about intake of water. What time to stop drinking at night as i keep waking in the night for toilet, then feeling hungry and cant get back to sleep for work in the mornings sometimes 😮

    Depends on the weather. I've been having the same issue lately. The trick is to drink lots during the day then don't drink past 7pm
