@@causewhynot8891 I don't use a hair tie in my routine, I just brush it when its wet with a lot of product, don't scrunch, wrap it in a towel and let it sit 2-3 hours. then I take it down, add a bit of water if needed, finger comb, and add gel and then just let it air dry from there. its important to focus the gel on the ends. For me, it works well enough. My curls are on the bigger/looser side of the 3a (but they are still spirals), so it may be different if your hair is tighter

I used to use it before using a blowdry to dry my hair and I used to put my head upside down and slide my fingers on my scalp, pinch my fingers together (so 👋🏼✋🏼, open close) and pull away from my scalp. That gave me SOO much volume and i liked how the top wasn't flat or too curly. For the rest i just pulled my curls while they were drying and it gave a wavy effect which i really liked 😊 i should do it again

Is it that those topics are not very searched on?, is it that you’ve not been posting consistently (generally) ? Is your retention and CTR bad? Do viewers click off too quickly and so does youtube decide to bury your channel? Im starting my own channel very soon so im very curious as to how you dont have a 100k, no, a Million subscribers with those amazing videos. Have a good day :)

    3 ай бұрын

Oh shit, I didn't even know that! Thanks for pointing that out. If it damages your hair and it says to rinse out than either rinse it out or use a sulfate-free conditioner. I personally never had any problems when I used P&P and my hair was always healthy, but maybe if I would have kept using it, overtime it could possibly have damaged it. It worked for me, but that's just me. I think it's up to you at that point. If leaving conditioner in gets you good results, then go for a sulfate free.

I have some pretty tight curls, somewhere around 3B-3C. I've always liked the way my hair looks when it's weighed down. The bigger curls just look better. I recently found a routine that almost always gives the style I'm looking for by applying a dab of low-strength, alcohol-free gel, but I'm going to try and incorporate your technique and leave in a bit of conditioner after my shower (although it might leave some visible residue so I'm going to have to be careful about not putting on too much).

@@moue2975 I've evolved from the routine I used to have. No more gel, and rarely any conditioner. I just stopped using shampoo that much. It really does work.

@@Frutigergel so not exactly in the same way as the guy in the video. My hair is so curly that i struggle to keep it from coiling back up. I wasn’t able to find the straightening serum he used and the ones I’ve found don’t really do much. That being said the cantu coconut cream is so good I do really recommend it if you want to add more weight to your hair. And I got the hair dryer he uses and it has completely changed the game for me, I can do so many different styles now.
