Cliffs: use the key. just saved you 2 minutes and 56 seconds

Simpler... before closing the door, push in the door handle. It locks all 3 doors. A double click of the bob will unlock all 3 doors.

I had thought I discovered that except it only looks the driver's side on my 2012 500 Sport.

@@vivianportis2992 In the menu options, it allows a setting to lock/unlock one door or all doors, at least in my 2018. The default is to lock only the driver's door. Set to all doors and pressing the lock on the driver's door will lock the passenger side. (Locking the passenger door does not lock the driver's side.)

Your alarm is not activated when you use your key that way.

OMG you used the key. I thought you were going to explain how to use the fob and not make it beep. Kind of miss leading.

Yes, but after you unplug the charger from the car you have to turn key off then back on in order to drive.

My horn doesn’t honk when I lock my fiat? I’m English tho so maybe it’s a feature for American fiats?

I believe when you lock with the key, the alarm does not get set. But the alarm only tells when a door is opened, which doesn't happen if the car is locked, so no big deal.

Thing is, if the alarm goes off..what happens.......nothing.. No one calls the police to say your car is being broken into. No one comes out to stop the thief. The Only thing that happens is people get pissed at the noise and Wait to See when the owner is going to come out and Quiet the Thing! Car alarms are Pointless, Useless, Horribly Stressful. ..Oh yes and for those of us with cardiac problems it is seriously damaging. Auto industry Please. .....find a different Quiet Way. What was wrong with good "old fashion" keys? Theyre inexpensive. They worked. Theyre simple. If it aint broke dont fix it! How are FOBs ( seriously "Fob"???) better than keys?

C,mon dude, are you nuts. Everyone knows you can lock the doors with the key, that's what it's for. People are looking at this video wanting to know how to reset the fob so it doesn't honk. Jeeeez!
