To help space the ramps the proper distance apart, I cut a length of scrap wood that just fits between the ramps when they are properly spaced (19 3/4" for my Lectric trike). Use the spacer at top, then at bottom of ramps and you are ready to roll with the ramps the correct distance apart their entire length.

i have an electric liberty trike - 1 wheel in front, 2 in back. we have taken the back seats out of my car (a pretty small nissan cube) and fixed it so the front wheel rolls in between the front seats and then the real wheels clear the back door. the problem - it's too heavy for me to lift. i have a fiberboard ramp that folds which is also proving to be too heavy for me to deal with. i love the ramp in this video but would need a third one to get the front wheel in first. any suggestions that may be easier/less expensive? thanks!

Would this work with a delta shape trike if you pushed it up backwards?

I have an Evelo Compass Trike. So it's not a "Laid Back" trike. My question is will your "two ramp" set up work if I were to "back" the two rear wheels while pushing on the handle bar on the front wheel?

Ok, that was nice BUT, if you’re loading 2 trikes one of them needs to go in back first! Got a solution for that? Other than 3 ramps or two people.

@@roneverett9571 I just use two ramps to load two trikes on my truck. I put the first one on like he did then I get up on the truck and use a bungy cord to grab the rear rack on the second trike and just lift and pull it up the ramps.

How do you keep your front wheels from wanting to turn? My Catrike Dumont front wheels fight me going up the ramps and want to turn right or left.

I might have figured out the issue with my ramps. They have holes that are raised on the edges thus turning the wheels right or left. I just dropped an order for your ramps. Your education means a sale!

Also, check the downward pressure on your handlebars, that will help the wheels to stay straight and track better on the road. A good trike mechanic can help.

I must load my recumbent bike back tire first in to my SUV so that it can go between the 2 front seats. When I do this, my handlebars move causing it very difficult to load. How can I use this ramp to my advantage and take the hassle out of loading my trike bike? Thank you!

I built a steering lock for my trike. It would be different depending on the manufacturer. My,trike is a home built, so my application may not work go you. Good luck.

I found the 10.5# ramps to heavy :( . Gotta build up my arm strength just to load ramps!

You can get 3 ramps so that all you have to do is push :) Also, if the ramp you get is longer, that will reduce effort as well.
