the magazine lever doesn't move up the track on my brand new cmpfn16sb Craftsman nail gun. I can't figure out how to remove what looks like nails in the track. Of course it is Sunday and Craftsman is closed. I guess they don't think people work on projects on the weekends. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

I feel stupid. One of mine loads from the back and this one confused me. Sometimes I feel like I have to many tools but they get the job done and fast. p.s. Yes Thank You Stan.
