I can't believe that this video made me cry. I've realised that at this point I am really the only one that is stopping myself from living the life I've always wanted. You saying that we are actually unstoppable really got to me. It is so special how you opening up to us makes me feel so safe and connect with you and also with myself on a deeper level. I feel so grateful to you💛

I love everything about this!! Sounds so special and it makes me so incredible happy that what I put out here finds the right people🫶🏻 much love to you x
i think practicing gratitude for what you are blessed with right now in the present moment can help so much to dim any pangs of regret for what you haven't achieved it also helps with feeling in adequate or comparing yourself to where others are in life.

Been catching up on the recent vlogs Alina and it seems like you’re picking up traction, which is fantastic ! I love how every video feels like you are truly doing it for yourself before anyone else, like a personal video diary. I love that it feels this authentic and I have to say, it kinda makes me want to try it out myself. Keep it up !
im so glad I discovered your content it’s so genuine and sincere and it feels like meditation when I watch your videos cause they r so real and make me calmly think about things that usually make me anxious, lots of love and inspiration 💗

Hi Alina! I am the greek girl who commented the other day in your Greek videos😋 I wanted to say to you that almost everything you say to your videos are things that I am thinking of every day. Ohh we have such a same way of thinking hahaha, it’s crazy. And for me is such a relief to know that they are people on my age that have the same questions as me. I wanted to tell you something I read the other day about the voice in our head. In the book “the mindset”, dr. Carol Dweck says that when you have that voice in your head which tries to sabotage you “(..) let it do it’s song and dance and when it settles down a bit, talk to it about how you plan to learn from the set back and go forward: ‘Yes, yes it’s possible that I am not good at it (yet) but I think I have an idea of what to do next. Let’s just try it”. Apparently we have to normalise talking and responding to this voice. As Sahil Bloom puts it “Everything meaningful in life is on the other side of hearing that voice loud and clear and acting in spite of it”.. that’s it☺️ We have to learn to act in spite of that voice.. it’s a learning process, nothing more… With love, Sofi xxx

Sofi I can't tell you how much this comment means to me. It's beautiful and thank you so much for the inspiration!!! I agree with everything that you have said and it's so interesting to think about how we respond to that voice (which I'm pretty sure everyone has in their head in some sort of way). One book that I'm sure you would love (if you haven't already read it) is "A new earth" by eckhart tolle lots of love to you xx
