how to have quiet confidence and natural magnetism
Real confidence is not cold, detached, or uncaring. Quiet confidence is firm, but open and receptive. It embodies self-love, self-trust, and self compassion, which allows others to feel safe being their full selves in the presence of it. Once you're able to embody this energy from the inside out, then magnetism happens naturally. You can trust yourself to be selective, stand by your decisions, yet remain curious and open to differing ideas and opinions. #quietconfidence #howtobemoreconfident #selfdevelopment

1. Shadow work (understand and accept self qualities so nobody can tell you otherwise, undertand what u do why u do it) 2. Dont judge others 3. Accept insecurities(make peace) 4. Accept past mistakes and learn from them GENUINLY 5. ALLOW YOURSELF TO BE PRESENT IN SOCIAL SITUATIONS 6. Nobody is thinking about you more than yourself
I am a very defensive person before. But now, if someone really show no respect and always say to me negative judgement . I ignore them and leave. Don't waste my time and energy on them at all.

what if they are family or people you have to be with for long periods of time. I'm quite a defensive person and tend to get reactive when I feel attacked whether it was their intention to attack me or not.
David Beckham has always exuded that quiet confidence. I've always admired that trait in him.
Tbh it is very true that if you’re compassionate to yourself self you become more compassionate to others, I wasn’t taught to be compassionate but after I changed I do feel more compassionate

Not sure why it took so long to truly have that click in place for me - But it’s made the biggest difference on my own journey.

@@DiaJin The thing is it's still weird for me to describe myself as kind and compassionate but I do actually help old people carry heavy stuff down the stairs and etc more. The biggest difference for me is breaking through my trauma and getting an implicit answer that I needed(maybe Idk I feel spectacular and the first time I've ever felt somewhat similar to who I envisioned), the compassion was a side effect for me. For me I dont think I could think could have nurtured my compassion the other way around since it wasnt really taught to me, I am bitter about my family, and generally people dont care about each other anyway.
Accept who you are, and realise you're not perfect which applies to everyone so that when people judge you don't care.
I love the reminder that we write our own story. It’s up to us to build our foundation of our character within ourselves and naturally over time we will free ourselves from the past identity of who we think we are vs. who we actually are now. Thank you for the weekly practical magic ❤

This is such a beautiful message. I always tell my children that confidence is always kind. It’s a natural way that confidence moves through life.
So amazing to see you have overcome alcoholism etc. Even tough I don't know you personally, I am really proud of you. I can definitely see you have done a lot of inner work. Thanks for sharing < 3

You’re literally so gorgeous ❤
With social anxiety it’s generally you are so focused on being nervous when in reality you should on asking questions and absorbing information about the other person

What an amazing video, Dia! Great timing as well. I've been going through some stuff in my life recently (breakups, getting rid of toxic people) and this video really gave me a different perspective of things. Really appreciate it! Love the Arrival poster by the way :) Cheers from Brazil!

The Gabor Mate book "In The Realm Of Hungry Ghosts" should be required reading for anyone considering the privilege of being a parent. It shows how our childhood environment impacts us as adults. It is far more than a book on addiction and a fascinating read.
This entire video, you've spoken and explained beautifully. You exude confidence and I can feel that being passing on to me as well. The first video I came across of yours and truly loved it. ❤️

Ahhh ❤ another amazing woman to be followed/subscribed, im on my self growth journey rn and the latter half part of this video resonates so much with me. Almost all my life ive been avoiding to get out of my comfort zone and making the term “introvert” as an excuse for everything. Thanks for this. You and some other amazing people out there really pushes me to take accountability with my life and live for the better. Love from 🇵🇭
