    Thank you Maria again for bringing up some very important issues. As for diet it is not “one size fits all” common sense educate ourselves and listen to our bodies. Support local organic farms. All of us need to take responsibility. You make a difference, keep it up stay healthy.

    Of course eating well does make a diifference but no one knows how many more years it will add to your life so WHY say it will be 10 years

    I'm just starting to listen to this now, but I'm wondering if they don't mean in terms of actual years but perhaps they mean in how you feel, look, and abilities? For example, because I eat well, I may not necessarily live 10 years longer than my peers, but perhaps I will feel and look 10 years younger than my peers and be more physically able...?? Just a guess.
