Change your mindset, read self-help books, expand knowledge, budget and don't spend on impulse, save, take your finances seriously, eat healthy, exercise your body, meditate; the list goes on... I hope it is useful to you.

@@gracedaniels6172 I learnt to be frugal, minimal on spending, saving and paying myself first through Investing, made Plans, growing passive income, Read a lot of books on finance, followed my plan consistently.

I love that you said this ! I’m a young wife and i went viral and was attacked horribly on Facebook for telling women /mothers my age to stay out the club and find hobbies that better you .. it’s so hard to find like minded women my age but your channel amongst others give me hope along with my husband telling me I’ll find my tribe haha sending love and healing to you and your family ! ❤️

I'm so sorry sis. I totally agree with you. And I feel women with class don't go to places like clubs. I wish more women understood that femininity has it's own strength and that you don't have to act like a masculine strong men in order to be respected as a women. I was applying most what you mentioned, however I was still watching certain reality shows and bring that drama into my mind and life. Once I rid my life of all of them, that alone has improved my happiness so much!!!

Literally decided to take a month off from ig. It’s been destroying my mental health. I hate hearing that I’m a left over woman because I’m 38 years old and divorced. I understand my pool is smaller, but I feel there is so much negativity behind that message. Pouring back into myself and my peace of mind. Because when the right man comes along, I’m well and ready.

We're proud of you sis! Sorry about that situation. Thank God you made it out! For starters, you need to go no contact with that abusive person. Block their number, don't visit, etc. You're starting your life over again! Get closer to God, watch encouraging videos like Dr. Daf, read encouraging books, develop friendships/family relationships with supportive people, and build yourself back up one day at a time.
