I love how you focus on it being feminine rehab because I feel like I’ve always been extremely feminine but was surrounded by extremely masculine women that it always made me feel awkward and oppressed so this is therapeutic for me coming into adulthood and going on a rediscovery journey

I read something the other day that said "Rejected because of everything right with you." That happens so often, especially to a beautiful woman residing in her feminine energy.

My story My Mum and I have always been perceived as weak by many women including black women because we have a natural soft voice and warm demeanour. I grew up ashamed of being this way. I am returning to who I always been

    1. Authenticity To Your Nature - Be authentic to who you are as a person, doors will open for you when you are authentic because you are like no one else. 2. Having Manners - Looking people in the eye when you're speaking to them, saying "Please" and "Thank You" 3. Smiling - Shows that you are approachable, open and full of joy. When you smile you come off as more trustworthy, warm and personable. 4. Lending A Hand / Offering Assistance 5. Have Grace in Interactions - Know how to excuse yourself and bring peace to a situation. Learn how to diffuse situation in a classy and subdue way.

I was a cheerleader in High School. Cheerleaders smile no matter what is going on around them or how they feel inside. It trained me to smile all the time. It is actually one of the most beneficial things I have learned. Strangers love when you just smile at them. You can see it in their reaction. I smiled at my babies all the time. I smile at my kids and say good morning. At 45 I now have some serious wrinkles around my mouth but it from a life of smiling.

Dr. Daf Thank you so much for answering my prayers and making it clear that there is nothing wrong with me. I was naturally a feminine woman, with a natural soft and warm voice and willing to support others. I always loved dresses, fragrances, skin care routine. However being a dark skinned lady most of my life I have been shamed for just being me. I have been made to feel weak; a doormat; fake and superficial my some many women including some from my own community and family. With you channel I am moving forward into self acceptance and understanding that May way of being has served me in life. And above all that my loving Jesus loves me exactly as I am. I have the birthright to be a gorgeous feminine dark skinned lady. My God bless you and your family always. Amen

Hi Michelle, Love your content! Overall I’ve been charming, nice, and like to make people laugh. With age I’ve been trying to be more softer and gentler, but I’ve noticed people have been mistaking this for weakness. The actions and the things said by these particular people lead to me to believe that my softness is something they can belittle, press, or mock. What do you recommend in situations like this? Because I catch myself fighting the urge to say something slick to let them know I am not the one. What is a less rough way of going about this?

Thank you love! It could be many things so it's tough to pinpoint. But you may need to work on being more assertive and/or using savvy communication in those situations. It's also going to be helpful for you not to internalize their behavior. I will speak more on this in the future. In all things seek God for guidance and He will show you.

From childhood until now, the fact that charisma matters more than qualifications still makes me mad enough to spit. (And I’m aspie, so I’m never, ever going to win any charisma contest. I still wonder how many jobs I have lost out on because of it, where I was more qualified but less charismatic, so this stupidity has literally cost me money and years of employment.)

You can have charisma in your own way. You need to be yourself. Practice practice practice. Most things don’t come easy to people but it doesn’t mean they can’t be done. Do what you can and be proud of yourself.
