How to Live a Happy Life (Be the Observer of All)

Hello everyone! Welcome back to my KZread channel. In this video, I'm happy to explain how to live a happy life (be the observer of all).
Living a happy life sounds nice but are there any techniques that can help us? In this talk, we explore the power of observation. Learning to observe the external world and our internal reactions will help bring us back to a state of calmness when we lose all the self-talk in our heads and become observers.
Hope you all will enjoy the video very much and find it useful. If you love my video, please be sure to check out my other videos. Shedding tears can be a profound expression of the emotions that dwell within the depths of our being. In the realm of human experience, tears have the power to cleanse and release the weight of sadness that burdens the heart. 🙏

@@spirituallifeteachings It does not matter how often or how much i cry. I never feel better afterwards. Why am i so different from everyone else? Why can't i heal?

@@DAClub-uf3br Everyone can heal. We are in this life for this. It's not easy, but it's possible. As you learn, guard your heart against the temptation to believe that you know it all. Embrace the humility that comes from recognizing that true wisdom lies in the perpetual pursuit of learning. By humbly accepting that there is always more to learn, you open yourself to the vast ocean of wisdom that surrounds you.

@@spirituallifeteachings I see a lot of information (prayer, manifestation, vibrations, etc..) yet true wisdom/knowledge is hard to find. It's the needle in the haystack problem. Too much of one and not enough of the other. Thank you for your reply.
