@@AliciaRafiei there is a direct link to the number of subscribers to the amount of posts replied to. I can't find the algorithm. Meaning active channels get more and keep more subscribers . Also they get them quicker. The downside is that enthusiastic channels owners 'burn out' sooner than those whom are not. Answering repetitively the same 'ol questions does have an effect long term.

Hello there. Generally for printables, PDF is best. Perhaps add a copyright notice or terms of use licence agreement to your product description to deter people from copying your content.

I design each ratio in its largest size, that way the customer can always size it down to suit their requirements, without losing any quality when printing.

The only way to have a quantity/options pull down menu is if you list the product as physical, not digital.

Nope, just one folder with all your files, then Zip that file to add to your listing.

Make sure that you have selected "digital product" not physical.

Great video, thank you. Can you please tell me the difference between Custom Orders and Personalization? Why would I check one and have the other turned off?

Custom order would be when you are going to create the item from scratch. Let's say you sell logo designs - then you would need to collect certain information from the customer to design the custom logo. Personalisation would be if you have an item with different variations. For example, if you sold art prints in different colours you could use this function to create a drop down of items that your customer could choose from. Hope this helps. 😊

Unfortunately with a digital product, there's no option to add a list of variations. This is only available for physical product sellers.

Can you do a video on how to upload your PowerPoint templates in one file PDF and compress it into a zip file. And where do you put the privacy information? Thank you it was a very good video.

For the mockups, try Creative Market creativemarket.com/?u=AliciaRafiei For the keywords, SEO and searchable keyword phrases are important to include in all Etsy listings, regardless of the type of product. It's Etsy's way of determining what you're selling and who to show your products to. Hello! Thanks for watching and glad you liked the video. Unfortunately, Etsy doesn't allow the feature to offer variations to digital products (such a bummer) so unfortunately the only workaround for now is to upload single listings for each colour/type/style. Good luck :)

Try to keep the character length to under 70 and watch that you aren't using any special characters in your file name.

You aren't able to do it with the same listing. I would just create a duplicate, one for digital and one for physical.

You can add different niche's to the one Etsy shop if you like, however I recommend my students to try and stick to one niche per Etsy shop.

When you make your digital printable you save it as a .png file but in this video the zip file has .jpg files…. Do I have to change the files to .jpg in canva and make a zip folder if larger then 20 mb to upload to Etsy

Hello there. Unfortunately not. I tested it out to see if you can upload a digital item using the app and it seems you're only able to list physical products at this time.

Keeps telling me to fix inventory. I put in price and 100 but won’t accept it to publish. Please help

Great tutorial! Still wondering though, via what platform do you send the file over to the customer? If it’s email, how do I get the customers email, plus I might make the customer wait. Is it an automated system that does that for you? Very confused about that part. Please help!

Hi Diana. Etsy will automatically send your files directly to the customer once the payment has been confirmed... so no need to worry about it in this scenario. However, if you are creating a custom digital file (i.e a customised art print) then I would send the files directly to the customer via their email address. This can be found in the customer details section of the confirmed purchase.

There are limitations to uploading new listing on the mobile app. I would recommend doing this on desktop.

Hello there Nidhi! For my Etsy shop, I like to offer my digital print files in a few different size ratios 2:3, 3:4, 4:5 and paper sizes that way the print will fit almost any frame. Perhaps try uploading the listing via your browser (on iPad) rather than the Etsy Seller app. That could be the reason its not working. Good luck.

Depending on what type of item you are selling (physical or digital) will determine what options you have available in regards to customisation. For physical items you have the option for both 'Variations' & 'Personalisation', however for digital products there is only the option for 'Personalisation'. To access the 'Personalisation' for digital items, you'll have to toggle the button from 'Off' to 'On' and then a list of options will appear. If you're still having trouble accessing this option, please get in contact with Etsy support to see if they can fix it for you. Hope this helps 😊

I would add the file into a folder and then compress it (Zip folder) or you could add it to a shared folder and then give your customer the link directly.

when you make the quantity 100 does it charge you $0.20 for all 100 at once after you publish

How do i upload a customized Etsy digital file? I’m doing wedding invitations so i wouldn’t be able to send them their file until they gave me the details so i can fill it in, how do i do that? And what would i include in the file spot that gets immediately sent to the customer (it’s requiring me to do this)

Hello Alicia 😉 I would make a note in the product description to clearly list out all the details you will require from the customer once the order/purchase has been made. Also, in the file to upload, I would add a PDF document listing out all the instructions/next steps/what to expect for your customer. Once the product is ready, I would then email the documents directly to the customer. Hope this helps 😊

That's very strange. There shouldn't be any uploading limits in regards to the file name, only the file size. Perhaps try refreshing your browser to see if that fixes the problem.

Hi Juliet. I don't do use passwords to protect my files from being circulated (apart from including a copyright notice with my products), however if you're worried about your products being copied/duplicated, by all means add a password to protect them.

Or do you just say in the description that this is copyrighted and for personal use only? None of the work I put up will be legally under copyright law, so if someone sells my downloads without my permission, will I be able to do something about it? Thank you!
