Where is the media menu where it says you can hook up the audio? I’m connected but can’t get it to play music.

Mad extra work just to set up Bluetooth should be two buttons and your synced up

Thats one of the reason i went with a 2015 SHO model but i think the 2016 or higher gets even better in terms of technology on the dashboard

I've had an SEL for 7 years. I don't think they all come with Sync. The buttons are still there but no Sync installed.

I have a 2011 ford tarures sel i have my sync work for music but when I try to call out on sync it say no phone found how do I get that to work.

My ford don't have a phone button, can I link the Bluetooth ?

The trick to connect is to turn on the Bluetooth feature on your phone *AFTER* you see the "connecting" on the dashboard.

theres a "media" button, try hitting that and changing your selected audio output, mine was on sync and i couldnt hear my music, had to change it to BT

I just unhooked the battery to reset everything. Works for awhile then messes up again

So I already added the phone the phone book to my Taurus but the only problem that I'm having is the music part so when I'm trying to play music from my phone playlist it won't play on the car so I'm just asking if you have any other ideas of what to do or how to upload that I appreciate all the help that you can give me thank you Sincerely Michelle

I know this is old but did you ever figure it out? It's not working for me

Just because you have a phone button doesn't mean the car has Bluetooth built in... ford for manufacturing reasons made all versions of the car the same... so the button becomes a dud without a actual Bluetooth module installed even when the car still says phone.

Trying to hook Bluetooth up it’s just saying no aux no phone

It means you don't have Sync. They don't all have it. It was an extra option.

I have a 2010 taurus sel, whene i press the phone button nothing happen form the car and my phone , i dont know how to use it
