I have found that most of the stubborn residue comes from cutting out the piece. I apply the masking after engraving and prior to cutting the piece out. That removes the dust created during engraving and prevents residue buildup during cutting.

Good video. Could you please share your ideas and experiences of laser cutting PP and rubber sheets about 2mm thick?? What about performance, fit finish and safety measures?
