I have the xtool P2 and this gives me ideas ! Certainly going to try engraving my soaps
I love that this laser has fume extraction! That was always my worry with other laser engravers, that it could cause a reaction with the lye in the soap and release some kind of toxic gas. This seems like a much safer option for soap!

That's great 👍 I wasn't expecting this video and I I get two instead to watch😊 Interesting machine and for walking us through the process. The Ingraving tool which you showed us was enough so I won't need to have two but it does work well it seems. 😊

Glad you enjoyed it! It’s interesting to see this technology be available to be used at home.
I'd bet the xtool f1 on acrylic uses the infrared laser and not the diode, which would make a difference. Also, I found on dark stuff I just put something lighter under it, like the lighter wood. Works like a charm. Wecreat is coming out with an infrared laser head in about a month also.
don't like the engraving prefer hand made products for soaps
one of the things i keep waiting on is for wecreat to fix the firing, it only fire left to right only not both ways.

If the engraving changes based on the color I am curious how it will look on a swirled soap, like with high contrast colors.

Great video as always Jerika, you did a video recently with another engraving tool (x-Tool i believe), which one do you prefer?
I have a brand new never used Bath Bomb USA double bath bomb press if anyone has this engraver and is interested in trading this engraver for my press. Or I will sell the press outright if anybody is looking for one.
