    Theoretically it can work if you automate and effect that snare trough on and on. Tons of filters, EQs, pitchshifters (automated) and othet FXes.

    This video is helpful, though the question I wanted to have answered by watching this, and I'm sure a few other people here as well, is that there is a certain caliber, quality, or sound fidelity that is required to feel confident enough to put your work up for people to purchase with real money. You can make a 4000 bpm beat with one snare hit the whole track, or a whoever type whatever beat but if the person looking for that particular product listens to it, and it's not sonically up to par with what they are expecting, they're going to seek elsewhere for what they need. Maybe I can't speak for anyone else, but this is something I still struggle with even though I've been producing for a few years now and my stuff sounds pretty good, even when put it up against the top stuff out right now, it still doesn't seem like I'm "there" yet. Like you're the next Dr. Dre just waiting to be discovered and all you have to do is put yourself out there lol

    SAME HERE. I don't know the right questions to ask but am slowly finding keywords.. although there are misinformation spreaders on youtube.. Hoping my brains not just making certain words make more sense than others when it comes to terminology.. when i hear others say "to glue your beat together" they're usually talking about compression, but even in using compression, im not moving towards the less 2d, noob sounding mixes i make. Even using automation, eqing, panning, fx properly, and all the tricks ive compiled over my 5 years of doing this. And just recently i lost the only person (a rapper) i was learning and doing this with..

    This makes everything sound easy when it's not. The true question is how to get consistent traffic or where to place ads and how much to spend in order to see some sales. Im thankful for the Airbit videos but they are ignoring the main issue which is traffic ... real traffic.

    I agree with buck porter, you have to build your own traffic through different channels/medias! the idea is to redirect that traffic to your beat sales page whether it be your own web site, Airbit or what not!

    I got a feeling you're talking about free traffic. Paying for targeted ads is definitely going to get you some real traffic. If you want the info in one location instead of searching online for months beatstars has a lot of info, some free some not.

    What if I have a sample in a drum kit that I loaded, and it says mp3, and I put it into the channel rack and use it my song in fl studio 20? Will that affect anything when I go to export my beat and make the beat a wav, mp3, etc? Will the mp3 sample load in with the other wav file drum samples from the kit , and other free kits. It's in with the Aarab Muzik kit, it says mp3 wherethe yellow emblem is to the left of the sample in the kit packs? Anybody?

    Idk how to mix and master that’s why I offer track outs lol don’t want to offer mixing/mastering service and don’t want to argue with noob rappers that don’t know the difference between a mastered beat and a beat with no headroom etc etc. and will get rappers even more confused between mp3, wavs, trackouts, exclusives etc.

  • @fourwulves213
    @fourwulves2136 жыл бұрын

    If I'm selling a beat on Airbit for example, you have to upload the beat, people can preview the tagged versiom and then buy it but I am really confused because everyone previews the tagged beat before buying, if you upload the beat where it is "loud" and "presentable" when they buy it they'll be getting the 0db maxed out beat that makes it hard to mix with vocals. If you upload the beat with some headroom, the beat is quiet and it won't make buyers persuaded to buy it. Please help, I'm planning to sell my first beat but I need an answer to this problem.

  • @WeAreAirbit

    @WeAreAirbit

    On Airbit the tagged version is a separate file to the original file. This mean you can upload a version with headroom that is delivered to customers, and a tagged version that is louder which will only be used for streaming purposes.

  • @4Paczjkor

    @4Paczjkor

    5 жыл бұрын

    SAT0R1 you only upload the mastered track (the one that’s loud) to show its full potential. When someone purchase that you give them the quiet version or both. To be honest, I’d rather do specifically trackouts and exclusive because new rappers who are new to buying beats always get confused on what a mastered and an unmastered track is or licensing. It just saves a lot of time and complaints. Trackouts are for more artists who are serious and professional about their work and you should try to gain that type of audience.
